We hope you love every piece you order from The Vintage Spur Co.! However if something isn't quite right, here's how we'll make it right.

Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of your delivery date. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Sale items, accessories, and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

Email us at [your email] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once approved, ship your return back to us — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. After we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days. If your return is not approved, you will be notified and responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
